Ray is responsible for the overall success of Transcepta. He has led technology organizations for over 20 years including successfully building and selling a software company (Unisolve) to Microsoft. After selling Unisolve in 2001, Ray became the General Manager for Microsoft’s worldwide Supply Chain Management initiative. Ray also served as the General Manager for the Microsoft Business Network, a research effort targeted at identifying ways that companies could simplify their electronic document exchange.
President and CEO – Member, Board of Directors
Dave is responsible for leading product vision. He has been active in the ERP software industry for over 25 years, with roles in programming, consulting, architecture and management. Immediately prior to joining Transcepta, Dave spent 5 years with Microsoft as an application architect and program manager in the Business Solutions Division. During that time, he led initiatives devoted to electronic collaboration and business document exchange.
Vice President, Solutions
Mitch is the solution expert for Transcepta customers. Blending product and services experience, he provides counsel in both a pre-sales and implementation capacity ensuring comprehensive customer and partner success. He is a technology executive with expertise in ERP and B2B commerce solutions. As EVP of Business Development for Esker Software and President of VSI, a company that was acquired by Esker in late 2000, Mitch developed and built key external relationships, including Esker’s deep relationship with SAP and Salesforce.com, as well as customer relationships with many Global 2000 companies.
Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development
Shan is responsible for shaping Transcepta’s strategy for new markets, products, and alliances. Through leadership roles in corporate strategy, marketing, and product management, Shan has successfully grown businesses within Microsoft, Deloitte Consulting, and Boeing Space and Technology.
Vice President, Sales
Gene leads Transcepta’s sales and account management division. Prior to joining Transcepta, Gene was responsible for launching new strategic business across the United States for Konica Minolta’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) division. Prior to that, he was VP of Sales and Marketing for Sparxent, a global IT software and solutions organization with operations in 7 countries.
Vice President, Engineering
Lloyd leads Transcepta’s software development and IT teams. Lloyd has over 20 years’ experience creating software products with unique market positions, optimizing engineering teams, and improving client satisfaction at technology companies. Prior to joining Transcepta, Lloyd architected and led CalAmp’s IoT platform development, operations, and professional services. Prior to that, he led development and operations of digital and web products at Rand McNally.
Vice President, Operations
Amy is responsible for overseeing Transcepta’s internal operations and support functions. Amy has been providing operational expertise and direction to software companies for over 14 years. Prior to joining Transcepta, Amy managed the OEM and indirect channel team for VSI and later Esker Software, where she was responsible for overseeing channel sales and sales operations teams.
