You send purchase orders directly from your procurement system to Transcepta in a single format and workflow. Transcepta delivers the purchase order to your suppliers, however the supplier wants to receive it. Sophisticated suppliers can import purchase orders in a data format such as EDI or XML, while other suppliers simply receive a PDF. Letting suppliers choose the way they want to receive purchase orders increases supplier adoption and improves your purchase order process.
